Your instructor, Jennifer, will guide you through mindful breathing followed by a sequence of poses, flowing with the breath, all while wearing snowshoes. This experience encourages a mindfulness moment in nature. Beginners to intermediates are welcome. Minimum 2 people. 72-hour advance booking required.
