Best Rate Match Guarantee

At Dakota Dunes Resort our goal is to provide the best possible rate to our guests who book directly with us. From time to time, you may find a lower rate online with a third party, when that happens, contact us with the details. We will price match provided that the advertised lower rate follows the same parameters as ours.

We will price match if you find a lower rate on a third-party website:

  • The other offer must be for the same hotel, accommodation type and include the same amenities.
  • The other offer must be for the same check-in and check-out dates.
  • The other offer must have the same cancellation policy and conditions.
  • The other offer must be in the same currency (Canadian).
  • The other offer cannot be a special promotion or deal, be part of a group, rewards program, corporate negotiated travel or group block accommodations.

Types of prices that do not meet the criteria of a lower qualified price:

  • If the other offer is on a website that does not reveal the property or accommodation type you’ll be staying in until after the booking is completed.
  • If the other offer is part of a loyalty or rewards program, corporate negotiated business travel, or group block accommodations.
  • If the other offer is a special promotion or deal.
  • If the other offer does not provide an immediate confirmation upon submitting the reservation request, or a site provides you a notice telling you that they have received your request to book, but the booking confirmation number will be provided at some point in the future.
  • If the other offer is on a site that only displays prices that require a login, credit card number or code to view prior to viewing or booking the prices.
  • If the other offer is an unauthorized reselling of an existing booking that was already made in someone else's name.

You will need to provide us with the link to the other offer and it must be online and available when we check.

Alternatively, a screenshot of the rate with today’s date and time stamp is acceptable; we understand that certain IP addresses provide different offers based on location.
